My Philosophy

My lifelong interest is simple: positive change in human behavior; what the causes are behind the change in behavior and what makes behavior become stagnant or steady. This curiosity led me from being a school counselor and community mental health therapist who worked with complex family dynamic systems to private practice counseling. Whether one yearns to write a book, launch a business, overcome personal obstacles, or go back to school in our adult lives, we all have something in common –that is as humans to endeavor, to inquire about, to want to be better. I will go out of my way to make sure that my clients become transformed in some small or large way by the experience. After all, life is about experiences, right?
