My Philosophy

My lifelong interest is simple: positive change in human behavior; what the causes are behind the change in behavior and what makes behavior become stagnant or steady. This curiosity led me from being a school counselor and community mental health therapist who worked with complex family dynamic systems to private practice counseling.
